About

About Wellness Peace University

Wellness Peace University (WPU) is a 9-week, plant-forward group wellness program for churches, clinics, kitchens, and community groups.

Why we exist

Most people already know they should eat more vegetables. What they're missing is a plan for this week's groceries, meals that taste good enough to repeat, and people to do it with. WPU puts those three things in one room for nine weeks.

We're plant-forward, not plant-exclusive. We start by adding whole plants, then help people dial back meat and processed food at their own pace. No dogma, no perfection, and no giving up the joy of a good meal.

What the name means

"University" describes the spirit of the thing: people learning together, one week at a time. WPU is a community wellness program. It is not an accredited college or university, does not grant degrees, and is not affiliated with Pace University or Peace University.

Our partner

WPU is built in partnership with Real People Eat Plants.

Where we are

We're in pre-launch. The curriculum is in draft and our founding cohort is forming. We're looking for founding members, partner organizations, cooks, and a registered dietitian to review our content.
