# Wellness Peace University > Wellness Peace University (WPU) is a 9-week, plant-forward group wellness program for churches, clinics, kitchens, and community groups. Each week is one short lesson, one shared plant-forward meal, and one small step. The program is plant-forward, not plant-exclusive: add whole plants first and reduce the rest, with no requirement to give up meat entirely. Key facts: - Name: Wellness Peace University (WPU). Not affiliated with Pace University or Peace University, and not a degree-granting institution. - Format: 9 weekly sessions of about 1 hour, run in person by a volunteer coordinator or online.
